Director of Operations – New York, NY – Up to $140k

We're partnering with a super exciting client in New York that's behind a few fast-growing and innovative restaurant brands expanding across the East Coast.They've got a solid team in place and a great foundation to support their next phase of growth - and now they're looking for a bilingual (Mandarin/English) Director of Operations to join their team.

The Role

• Lead multi-state restaurant operations, ensuring brand and performance goals
• Manage Regional and General Managers, driving accountability and team growth
• Analyze P&Ls and control costs to boost profitability
• Work with Training, HR, Culinary, and Marketing on key initiatives
• Oversee openings, remodels, and market expansions
• Improve operations by streamlining processes and reducing costs
• Ensure consistent service, quality, compliance, and report to leadership

What they are looking for:

• 5-7+ years in multi-unit restaurant operations with franchise focus
• Skilled at managing franchisee relationships and ensuring compliance
• Experience in full-service restaurants with strong financial acumen
• Fluent in spoken Mandarin
• Strong leadership, communication, and hands-on approach
• Comfortable with extensive travel across the U.S.
