About the Role

We are actively seeking a passionate and dedicated Director of Operations and Fundraising to lead our local center and oversee its daily activities. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the efficient delivery of services that positively impact the community. You will manage operational procedures, fostering a safe and welcoming environment while leading a team committed to providing exceptional customer service.

As the Director, you will collaborate closely with the Development team, nurturing and managing relationships with donors to drive local fundraising initiatives. We are looking for a strategic leader with a proven track record in program management and fundraising who has held a supervisory role.

The right candidate will be engaged in the military and local business communities while aligning with our mission to enhance the well-being of those we serve. To qualify, you should possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory capacity
• Experience in non-profit, military, multicultural, or global organizations
• Understanding of donor cultivation and solicitation strategies
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Integrity and professionalism across diverse settings
• Self-motivation with adaptability to changing organizational needs
• Proficiency in computer systems and electronic equipment
