We are seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to oversee and elevate the quality of care in our Long-Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing Unit. - Develop and implement goals, policies, and performance standards to enhance the quality of care in the LTC unit.
- Establish and maintain an efficient organizational structure to achieve clinical and operational objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and support the nursing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
- Oversee patient care, ensuring high-quality services for both LTC and skilled nursing residents.
- Assist with the coordination of the Minimum Data Set (MDS) process to optimize patient outcomes and facility operations.
Requirements: ✓ Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of West Virginia✓ BLS CPR Certification (must be up to date annually)✓ 3+ years of management experience in long-term care or a related healthcare setting✓ Prior experience as a Charge Nurse or Supervisor in LTC✓ Familiarity with the MDS process in LTC Preferred Qualifications:
