• Current RN license in New Hampshire (or compact license)
• Minimum 3 years of nursing leadership, ideally in behavioral health or addiction treatment
• Knowledge of detox protocols and residential level care
• CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Passion for recovery-focused care

• Oversee daily nursing operations for detox and residential units
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff and ensure clinical excellence
• Coordinate with medical providers on treatment planning and protocols
• Monitor compliance with all regulatory guidelines and documentation standards
• Foster a trauma-informed, patient-centered care environment
• Manage staffing schedules, hiring, training, and performance reviews
• Respond to emergencies and provide on-call support as needed
