This position offers supervision, leadership, direction, and support to the medical team. The Director of Nursing also oversees training to staff with regard to medication administration, CPR and First Aid, physical impact of restraint, and other medical-related issues. Primary responsibilities include providing a healthy, safe, clinical, and structured environment, as specified in each youth's Individual Treatment Plan and the client Residential Program Plan * Negotiable compensation up to $54/hour * Client negotiable contract to hire potential CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE * Desired: Master's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university. * Required: Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university. * 3-5 years of progressive clinical and management experience in behavioral health care * Current Registered Nurse License * Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record with client required levels of coverage for auto insurance. * Current CPR certification is required.
