Ensures that residents' rights to fair and equitable treatment are well established and maintained at all times. Meets with residents and/or family members to review and address any grievances or concerns. Coordinates and directs all functions of the services and facilities. Ensures safety, quality care, and services for residents. Collaborates and interacts with other service leaders in the organization for strategic planning, integrating service lines, and providing a vision and objectives for creating a mission-driven culture of quality and care. Defines and implements new services to meet organizational, regional, resident, and referral needs. Sets strategic objectives for senior services.
