Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to join our team at Complete Care in Hagerstown, MD. The DON will oversee all aspects of nursing care delivery, ensuring high standards of clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and resident satisfaction. Responsibilities: Provide leadership to nursing staff, ensuring compassionate and professional care delivery. Oversee nursing operations, including staffing, scheduling, and performance management. Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) with current licensure in Maryland. Minimum of 3 years of nursing management experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF).
