$147,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr

Title: Director of New Markets Product Development .Location: New York, NY (Onsite)Employment Type: Full TimeCompensationPay range:$147000-$210000/YrsDescriptionDrive the development of new products for emerging business opportunities.Utilize an entrepreneurial mindset to assess markets and develop competitive products.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the product portfolio.Focus on developing products for markets adjacent to existing offerings, including Defined Contributions and Institutional Products.Leverage industry experience to navigate complex challenges and drive innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the creation of initial product ideas for potential partners.Network with external partners to identify collaboration opportunities.Set strategic direction and drive innovation for the product roadmap.Partner with internal teams for product launches.Develop business plans and collaborate on investment decisions.Manage junior resources in pricing and legal documentation.Lead execution of new ideas, including product specifications and project leadership.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.8 years of experience in insurance product development, including fixed or fixed indexed annuities.Strong analytical skills for product pricing and business case development.4 years of proven leadership experience.Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships internally and externally.Passion for products addressing the retirement crisis.Experience with Defined Contribution plans or Registered Investment Advisor channel is a plus.Strong presentation and communication skills.Actuarial certification or progress towards one is a plus.Contact AuthorizationBy applying for this job, you agree to receive AI-generated calls, text messages, and/or emails from Mitchell Martin Inc and its affiliates and contracted partners at various frequency through traditional and automated methods.
