Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Network Operations department
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and upgrades of broadband routing, access, and transport infrastructure
• Develop strategic initiatives for delivering next-gen services
• Train and mentor team members, fostering operational excellence

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in telecom network operations and 2+ years in a leadership/management role
• Central office operations
• Cisco switches and routers
• Calix EXA & AXOS
• TDM & SONET transport systems
