This position is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and implementing sales strategies to attract corporate clients. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting hotel revenue targets. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Sales and Revenue Growth Develop and execute sales plans to increase occupancy and revenue through corporate bookings, group sales, and special events. Manage current accounts and ensure proper solicitation of the designated market Attain personal booking goals and monitor production compliance Secure a thorough understanding of hotel operations and negotiate profitable sales Manage familiarization trips and site visits to nurture new business and highlight the unique features of the Resort.
