Director of Municipal Courts - City of Missouri City Texas : Job Details

This is an Executive/ Senior Level Official, professional, fulltime position in the Citys Court Services Department. An individual in this position will manage the activities of court personnel and operations. Reporting relationship: Assistant City Manager. Examples of Work The creation and maintenance of internal control, security, and all other department policy and procedures applicable to court operations. Directing and overseeing the courts financial services functions: purchasing, collection of fees/fines, authorizing expenditures, daily reconciliation, and any other fiscal responsibilities in accordance with statutory requirements.
