About the Role

As Director of Mobile Services, you'll lead the strategic and operational direction of the client's Mobile Services division. You'll be responsible for optimizing service delivery, driving financial performance, and ensuring exceptional experiences for clients, patients, and internal teams. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and brings a blend of operational rigor and creative problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations across all mobile service lines, ensuring efficiency and service excellence
  • Develop and implement scalable policies and procedures to support growth and quality
  • Monitor and manage budgets, labor efficiency, and departmental spending
  • Foster a culture of customer satisfaction across clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships and compliance oversight
  • Define team roles and lead onboarding, training, and performance development
  • Approve timesheets, expenses, billing, and purchase orders in line with company policies
  • Oversee scheduling and pre-certification teams to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction
  • Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives and strategic projects

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, with a track record of working across diverse teams
  • 3+ years of experience making autonomous decisions in clinical or operational settings
  • Demonstrated success in budgeting, financial planning, and operational execution
  • Strong multitasking skills with a flexible, innovative, and solution-oriented mindset
