Are you an experienced leader from the construction materials testing world, looking for the autonomy to rebuild a division and shape the future of a rapidly growing company, with the chance to move into a VP-level role within 12 months?

On offer is a chance to spearhead the Asphalt Quality Control Division where you will be managing your team, visiting project sites, ensuring quality assurance across high-profile projects, and directly influencing company direction.

This role would suit a leader from the construction material testing looking to fast-track their career into Directorship and VP and mold a department into their own.

The Role:

• Lead and grow your own team across the country
• Direct involvement in business development, internal training, and strategy
• Progression into VP level role within 12 months for the right candidate
