About The Position

We seek a results-driven, strategic, and creative Director of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts. This leadership role involves planning, developing, and executing initiatives that generate leads, enhance brand visibility, and support business development. Ideal candidates will have B2B marketing experience in construction or related industries, with strong skills in content creation, digital strategy, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Manage website content, SEO, UX, monitor analytics, and oversee digital advertising campaigns.
  • Create and optimize SEO/SEM campaigns and lead funnels for lead generation.
  • Design and produce marketing materials for digital and print channels.
  • Manage social media content calendars and monitor performance across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Build and manage segmented email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions.
  • Track KPIs, analyze performance data, and adjust strategies accordingly.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in construction and B2B industries.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CRM tools, and email platforms.
