Job Description :

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Director of Admissions and Marketing to join our team and positively impact the lives of our seniors.

Job Details:
  • Type: Full-time
  • Starting Salary: Competitive Salary + Bonus
  • Pay: Weekly Pay
  • Benefits: Holiday Pay, Paid Time Off & Sick Leave, Disability & Paid Family Leave, 401(k)
  • Schedule: 8-hour shift
  • Location: New Port Richey, FL (Reliably commute or planning to relocate)
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in human services, social services, clinical services, health service management, or related fields.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Effective communication skills (oral, written, technical).
  • Computer literate, capable of using word processing and spreadsheet programs.
  • Professional representation of the organization.
  • Leadership qualities: punctuality, delegation, follow-up, direction, supportiveness.
  • Ability to assess and resolve dilemmas outside standard protocols.
  • Highly organized with minimal assistance needed for standard office tasks.
  • Sound judgment considering client rights, politics, and hierarchies.
