Director of Maintenance Readiness - Exclusive Jets, LLC : Job Details

The Director of Maintenance Readiness is responsible for ensuring the operational availability and dispatch readiness of the Part 135 fleet. This position oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities with a focus on overnight maintenance events. The role requires strong leadership to hold Assistant Directors of Maintenance (ADO - Ms) accountable for aircraft turnaround performance, and to maintain high levels of fleet reliability and compliance with FAA regulations.
