Westminster Winter Park, an Active Living Community in Winter Park has an open position for a Director of Maintenance, full time. The Director of Maintenance manages, and coordinates the maintenance and day-to-day operations of the physical structures and grounds for the community. Recruits, supervises, evaluates and manages all maintenance and grounds personnel. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS 1. Supervises the staff which involves direct and indirect responsibilities for interviewing, selection, training, motivating, wage and salary administration, performance appraisal, managing policies and procedures to ensure achievement of the department's goals. 2.
