Director of Maintenance - Evergreen Commons Rehabilitation & Nursing Center : Job Details

Evergreen Commons Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is looking for a Maintenance Director!As the Maintenance Director you will report directly to the Administrator. Further, you will be tasked with the overall organization of the Maintenance Department.This is a fast-paced environment, requiring multi-tasking and self-motivated physical labor. Job responsibilities include carrying out preventative maintenance, the interior and exterior maintenance of the facility which consists of the main building, grounds. record keeping, maintenance tasks, troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, completing work orders and submitting proper paperwork, maintaining cleanliness of areas while working and communicating with the maintenance staff. We are looking for a true leader who is capable of leading and motivating their maintenance department and team. Minimum 3 years experience in one of the following electrical, plumbing or HVAC. Long term care experience is highly preferred.
