The Director of Maintenance will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and overall upkeep of the facility. Daily tasks include managing a team of maintenance staff, performing routine inspections, ensuring all building systems are operational, conducting repairs, and managing any maintenance-related projects. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to address maintenance needs and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills
