Identifies requirements and ensures appropriate action is taken to meet the maintenance needs of the facilities through a prioritized plan of work. Work is primarily self-performed, and coordinated with external contractors as needed. Approximately 20 hours/month, no janitorial work.RequirementsKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesDemonstrated knowledge of and aptitude for building construction, maintenance, and repairs is required. Requires bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, reaching. Requires the ability to lift, carry, push or pull moderate weights.
