Levy Gardens Assisted Living is seeking a qualified and dedicated Director to oversee the assisted living programs and building operations. The Director is responsible for administering the day-to-day operations of the facility in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, ensuring the highest degree of personal care, quality, and satisfaction for our tenants. Oversee planning, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of program services. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing assisted living facilities. Promote a team-based, tenant-centered environment across all departments. Lead and evaluate staff; manage hiring, scheduling, training, and performance.
