Monitors daily activities of employees and operations, including planning work schedules, making job assignments, reviewing completion, preparing employee time for payroll, auditing cash collections, and preparing cash reports. Maintains files of cash receipt data and other required information. Provides student customer service, manages hazardous waste disposal, maintains equipment, files reports, and manages supply inventory. Conducts safety reviews, evaluates employee performance, ensures compliance, maintains laundry ticket logs, meets with vendors, and handles administrative tasks such as leave forms and invoices. Completes payroll deductions monthly and serves as the point of contact for contractual laundry services and student laundromat needs. Ensures proper equipment maintenance and promotes safety and environmental practices. Manages budgets for laundry, dry cleaning, vending, and laundromat operations. Performs additional duties as assigned.

Physical Demands: Lifting, carrying, stooping, bending, kneeling, squatting, walking, standing, physical coordination, heat tolerance.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Qualifications: Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, supervisory, and planning skills.
