Director of IT - Mistras Group : Job Details

The IT Program Director is a senior IT leadership role accountable for the strategic direction, execution, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide ERP systems, the Program Management Office (PMO), and Reporting & Analytics platforms. This role also oversees a network of process owners and SMEs to drive process optimization, training, and adoption of best practices across business functions.. Major Responsibilities/ Activities: ERP Program Leadership Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of ERP initiatives, including planning, implementation, upgrades, and support. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to align ERP capabilities with strategic goals. - Oversee ERP solution architecture, vendor relationships, and system governance. - Ensure compliance with internal controls, data integrity, and audit requirements.
