Base pay range

$150,000.00/yr - $225,000.00/yr

Our client is a financial services firm. They seek a Director of Investor Relations to join their Manhattan, NY office.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital raising across UHNW individuals, family offices, and RIAs
• Develop investor relationships through communication and events
• Create and manage investor pitch decks, reporting packages, and updates
• Work with investment and operations teams on data rooms and DDQs
• Represent the firm at conferences and investor meetings
• Provide strategic insights from investors to guide product development

Requirements

• 5+ years of investor relations experience
• Background in private wealth or capital raising
• An established network within the private capital ecosystem
• Proven record in fundraising or managing LP relationships
• Excellent presentation, writing, and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of private credit and alternative investments
• Experience in high-growth, founder-led firms preferred
• Skilled in Excel, CRM systems, and investor platforms
