Seeking an experienced and forward-thinking IT professional to lead the strategy and implementation of cutting-edge IT solutions for our business. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic direction of IT applications and infrastructure.
• Oversee the integration of modern business analytics tools and reporting systems to enhance management decision-making.
• Maintain a high level of awareness and response to emerging security protocols and industry threats.
• Guide the design and implementation of an effective IT governance structure to ensure smooth service delivery across the entire IT landscape.
• Lead project management efforts, prioritizing critical initiatives and ensuring timely execution.
• Provide leadership for the continued development and upskilling of the internal IT team while managing third-party outsourcing relationships.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• An advanced degree (Master's, MBA) in business, engineering, or a relevant technical discipline is a plus.
• At least 15 years of professional experience in the IT industry, with a minimum of 10 years in IT leadership roles.
• Proven track record of overseeing application development and infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of contemporary security challenges and protocols.
• Advanced knowledge of IT methodologies, user acceptance practices, and modern project management techniques.
• Strong experience in managing cloud-based, as-a-service solutions, and vendor relationships.
