Responsibilities:
Lead the HR department and serve as a strategic partner to the executive team.Oversee all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, compensation analysis, benefits renewals, and policy development.Ensure compliance with all applicable HR laws and regulations.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.Partner with operations to support business objectives and drive organizational growth.Manage the HR budget and resources effectively.Requirements:
