Director of Human Resources - Echo Incorporated : Job Details

Collaborate closely with the VP of HR to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives that support the company's strategic goals. Serve as an escalated key point of contact, providing guidance and support to HR managers and employees on HR-related issues, including employment laws, terminations, performance management, unemployment issues, worker authorization, and leave policies. Partner with ECHO business leaders and staff to build and enhance a healthy workplace culture focused on excellence, collaboration, belonging, connection, and continual learning. Lead and manage the HR team in the delivery of key HR services: Human capital planning, organization design, employee engagement, employee development, recruitment, employment retention, performance management, employee support, job evaluation, training, compliance with regulatory agencies, and special projects.
