About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development to lead our HR initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR leader with a strong background in strategic planning and program implementation who can align HR practices with our mission and strategic goals. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our diversity, equity, and belonging team to create an inclusive work environment.
Key responsibilities include overseeing HR functions such as compensation, benefits, workforce development, employment, and labor relations. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in business, human resources administration, or a related field, along with at least 8 years of senior-level experience. Alternatively, candidates with a Bachelor's degree and a decade of progressive responsibilities leading to senior-level HR management in a business or educational setting are encouraged to apply.
This role requires expertise in collective bargaining and labor relations, along with a proven ability to lead across broad HR domains. We are looking for someone who is ready to make a significant impact starting in Spring 2026, contributing to the development and execution of HR strategies that promote a diverse, equitable, and inclusive organizational culture.
