Director of Housing - Cazenovia Recovery Systems : Job Details

Provides daily administrative oversight of the Housing programs and Housing staff, as well as Reintegration Scattered-Site programming. Assists VP of Housing and Community Services as a contact with HUD Representative, HAWNY, OASAS, and other stakeholders. Provides supervisory support to Housing Services Coordinator and Assistant Director of Reintegration Services. Remains up to date with regulatory or policy changes that impact program activities, goals, objectives and outcomes, reporting changes to the VP of Housing and Community Services. Works alongside VP of Housing and Community Services to evaluate grant/contract data to monitor grant/contract compliance. Responsible for data collection and reporting, as well as the integration of information with department personnel. Works with Grants and Development Manager and VP of Housing and Community Services to complete HUD applications and related reports.
