Director of Housekeeping - HEI Hotels & Resorts : Job Details

Our Housekeeping Leader is an expert in cleaning hotel rooms and making beds, so they can train a winning team. This leader inspects what we expect, creates a positive environment where employees want to work for us, creating the SOPs to run the department in accordance with financial and service standards, ensuring supervisors are conducting inspections, creating the schedule, managing requests off, managing inventory, executing a clean hotel and guest experience. This leader owns and ensures that the cleanliness standards of the guestrooms, meeting areas, public areas, and back-of-the-house are met through the optimal training, staffing, and supervision of labor, efficient management of operating supplies, and proactive monitoring of guest service scores and comments.
