A Director of Hotel Operations is responsible for assisting the General Manager in managing daily hotel operations to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure financial profitability.

As the Director of Hotel Operations, your responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing daily hotel operations, including budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and standards compliance.
• Overseeing service quality, operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Identifying operational gaps and implementing corrective measures.
• Managing the hotel's quality processes, including communication of goals, team empowerment, service recovery, and satisfaction measurement.
• Monitoring and developing team members, especially department heads and managers, through supervision, training, evaluations, and recognition.
• Recruiting, interviewing, and training staff.
