Director of Grid Modernization & Advanced Operations - TalentAlly LLC : Job Details

We are seeking a highly experienced leader to oversee grid modernization and advanced operations within our electric utility organization. This role involves defining strategic initiatives, managing complex projects, and leading cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and analytics into our grid systems.

The successful candidate will serve as the System Owner for OT platforms, develop roadmaps for OT functions, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to modernize our control room and grid infrastructure. Responsibilities include overseeing project implementation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and representing the organization in industry forums.

Qualifications include a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or related field, with 10+ years of experience in system operations or engineering, and direct experience in the electric energy industry. Preferred qualifications include an MS in Engineering or an MBA, and experience with protection and control systems, emerging technologies, and project management.
