Director of Graduate Admissions - Glenville State College : Job Details

The Director of Graduate Admissions reports directly to the Executive Director of Enrollment Management while overseeing the entire graduate admissions process for the university. This includes recruitment, evaluation of applications, and enrollment management, often working with the Glenville State University Graduate Council, Deans/ Chairs of the departments/colleges and the office of Academic Affairs. The Director of Graduate Admissions plays a key role in developing and implementing strategies to attract qualified graduate students. They must work with Marketing/ PR to develop and implement strategies to grow graduate enrollment. This position oversees graduate recruitment efforts, builds partnerships with key stakeholders, and ensures a seamless admissions process. The Director will work collaboratively with academic departments, faculty, and external partners to increase enrollment and enhance the graduate student experience from inquiry through matriculation.
