Director of Global Logistics - Sonos : Job Details

Lead the global distribution network strategy and operations to support Sonoss revenue across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions. Manage end-to-end inbound and outbound logistics, including strategic carrier selection, performance management, global expansion, distribution strategy and cost optimization. Oversee global fulfillment, transportation, customs, and trade compliance to ensure seamless product flow and regulatory adherence. Direct the global reverse logistics and RMA operations to develop and drive short term and long term strategies, driving improvements in recovery value, efficiency, and customer experience. Build and mentor a high-performing international team of logistics professionals, fostering collaboration and leadership development across regions.
