Job Description
  • Lead organization with methods and actions that are ethical and in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Company policies.
  • Identify compliance risks and take actions necessary to eliminate or minimize risks.

  • Establish and administer procedures for proper coordination of all gaming operations, focusing on guest service, employee training, and game security.
  • Recommend changes to the physical layout of slot machines and pits to optimize equipment, manpower, and space utilization.
  • Develop short- and long-term plans (revenue, expenses, capital, promotional services).
  • Coordinate gaming operations with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain public relations and ensure compliance with laws and regulations affecting gaming operations.
  • Analyze gaming operations for maximum profitability and efficiency.
  • Lead and coordinate all gaming functions in accordance with regulations.
  • Provide leadership, analytical, and operational expertise.
  • Develop gaming policies to ensure compliance with government and company standards.
  • Implement new programs, procedures, systems, and software, including monitoring of slot pricing measures.
  • Create a compliance culture and promote an environment where misconduct can be reported.

Qualifications
  • College education or equivalent of 8-10 years of experience in Gaming Operations.
  • Broad knowledge of casino rules, regulations, and procedures.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proven leadership, business savvy, and successful operational experience.
  • Analytical skills to interpret consumer data for business decisions.
