Under the general direction of the General Manager, this role is responsible for managing and providing strategic leadership for all Food and Beverage operations in the casino. Ensures that all operations meet quality, service, safety, and financial goals, in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Bachelor's Degree in Restaurant, Hotel, or Institutional Management or related field.
• Eight (8) years of management experience in food and beverage operations.
• At least five (5) years in a Director-level capacity at a resort property.
• Three (3) years in a hotel environment with room service, catering, banquet, or sales departments.
• Casino Food & Beverage operational experience preferred.
• Proven experience with financial documents, including budgeting and food and labor cost analysis.
• Valid driver's license and must be 21 years of age.
• No felony, theft, or stealing convictions.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening, background check, and obtain gaming license.
• Navajo preference.
