Job Opening: Director of Food and Beverage

The Walton Arts Center and Walmart Amphitheater, located in Northwest Arkansas, is seeking a Director of Food and Beverage.

In this role, you will oversee all food and beverage operations for both facilities. Your responsibilities will include managing food service and culinary teams, developing menus, monitoring budgets, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will also plan strategically to improve our offerings and profitability.

Qualifications:

• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and food service skills

• Experience in culinary management and food & beverage

• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management

• Effective leadership and communication skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Experience in hospitality and live entertainment is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
