Compensation: $180,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year. Summary of Responsibilities:Reporting to the Hotel Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Directs all aspects of the Culinary/ Food and Beverage Operations to Fairmont Hotel Standards Manages and directs Food and Beverage Management team, provides support and direction to the F&B Operations in helping drive revenues Represents The Plaza positively on and off property.
