Base pay range

$175,000.00/yr - $225,000.00/yr

Our client: A multi-billion RE PE firm is looking to add a VP of FP&A to the team

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partner with the Senior Leadership Team to facilitate strategic planning processes and develop and manage plans to ensure the successful execution of strategy
• Be responsible for the annual operating budget, and serve as a partner to colleagues to help determine optimal resource allocation, headcount, and ROI
• Provide budget-to-actual variance analyses for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
• Lead all aspects of financial planning for the Business Operations, including short term forecasting and long-range strategic planning
• Assist in creation and review of presentations and detailed financial analyses to be presented to senior management and the Management Committee
• Create and improve financial models to analyze all aspects of the firm's financial performance, including by region and sector

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Finance or Equivalent, advanced degree a plus
• 10+ years of experience, financial services/private equity experience a plus
• Ability to partner with colleagues across a diverse, global organization
• Outstanding communication, problem-solving, quantitative and analytical skills
• Extensive experience with financial modeling and forecasting
• Detail orientation with strong financial modeling skills and analytical capabilities. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Investment banking OR Management Consultant experience of 2-3 years is strongly preferred.
