The organization is led by an Executive Director, supported by an Executive Directorate team, who reports to the Governing Board. The Director of Finance is the head of the fiduciary team, which is located within the Executive Directorate. The Director of Finance is a multifaceted position that[ \r\n\t. Manage the financial and budgetary processes for the $15-$20 M budget, including leading the creation and monitoring of annual, project, and funder-specific budgets and leading all financial planning and analysis.\r\n\t.
