Director of Feedmills (East Coast Based with Travel) - Perdue Farms : Job Details

The Director of Feedmills will provide leadership, development and coaching to management within Feed-mill Operations, for the particular region of responsibility, through but not limited to performance management, budgeting, personnel decisions, production programs, strategic planning, health and safety programs, etc. to meet the company goals and objectives. This position should be in one of the following states - NC, VA, MD, DE or SC ideally, with travel. Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities Develop strategic business plans for a competitive Live Production Operations program and maintain efficient competitive operations.
