Sales Director - Fed – Venture Capital backed Cyber Startup

$175,000 basic – $350,000 OTE, remote based, close to or in DC preferred.

The chance to be one of the first Fed Sales hires for this unique solution that allows Federal customers to have a massive advantage when fighting back against threat actors, criminals and other attackers.

The tech here is completely changing the investigations and connected devices security space, this organization power governments, law enforcement teams, and forces units to counter threats to keep us all safe.

The leadership team here, as well as the senior management are proven Cyber entrepreneurs who understand this space and how to be successful selling into it.

You will benefit from their guidance, knowledge and support.

This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Fed new business sales hunter with Cyber startup success. You will report directly into the Head of the US for the business and be one of the first Fed sales hires for the business.

You will run and lead the Federal Civilian Sales space and be the go to individual for all sales in this area.

This is a very lucrative role with a product that can clearly add immediate and massive value.

You will receive full backing and support to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business and win federal government clients.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Develop strategic relationships within the federal space.

Your Background:

• 8–10+ years of successful cyber sales experience with the majority of that being in the Fed Civ space.
• Established network of federal buyers.
• Excellent understanding of the fed civ space, connections with agencies, Fed Civ buyer profiles and contacts in them.
• New Business successes.
• Ability to establish partnerships and sell directly with the focus being on direct sales.
• Successful performance History, New Business Success in the Fed Civ space.
