Title: Director of Federal & Integrated Regulatory Guidance

Location: Remote (Regional Coverage)

Description:

• Lead a team of regulatory professionals analyzing evolving regulations, collaborating with business teams, and providing strategic guidance for compliance.
• Responsible for regulatory oversight across a portfolio of federally integrated healthcare products.
• Primarily remote work, with in-office meetings as needed.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 7 years of healthcare regulation experience, including leadership roles
• Deep knowledge of healthcare law, policies, and managed care regulations
• Experience with compliance programs and regulatory frameworks
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
