Lebanon Valley College is seeking a Director of Facilities Operations. The director of facilities operations is responsible for the planning, budgeting, expenditure control, records management and assessment of all aspects of the College's facilities operations. The director provides management, supervision and direction to a comprehensive facilities department including grounds/athletic fields maintenance, buildings maintenance, energy management, custodial and general services and office staff. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a related field, advanced degree preferred; a minimum of 10 years of significant experience in comprehensive facilities management, preferably in a higher education setting, and knowledge of facilities maintenance management, energy and utilities operation and management, personnel management and training, and financial management.
