Become the Director of Facilities Management You've Always Dreamed Of

• Ensure our rehabilitation hospital, satellite clinics, and all facilities comply with Joint Commission standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead environment of care/safety meetings, potentially serving as the safety officer overseeing compliance.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs aligned with industry standards and equipment recommendations.
• Cultivate a diverse and inclusive workplace culture that values every individual.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree and/or five or more years of experience in hospital maintenance and/or construction in a healthcare setting.
• A minimum of five years in supervisory roles related to healthcare facilities systems operations, including expertise in chiller systems, steam boilers, and building controls.
• Proficient knowledge of TJC, OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and various regulatory agency standards.
• Preferred membership in a healthcare engineering association.
• Preferred certification: Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM).
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Availability may include weekdays, weekends, evenings, and nights.
• Potential to work on religious and legal holidays as scheduled.
