The Director of Facilities provides leadership and management for maintenance of all existing facilities and grounds at Giants Ridge. This position also plans for future developments, adhering to legal and environmental standards with internal and external partners. This position reports to the General Manager and works alongside other directors and managers in developing and executing company initiatives. Job Description:Essential Functions. Responsible for overall building and related equipment, security and custodial activities, pool and sauna facilities including all operations and staffing. Ensures facilities and grounds are maintained and operated in accordance with all rules and regulations of appropriate regulatory bodies, as well as company/industry standards and guidelines. Ensures adequate, year-round operational maintenance and transition between seasons (winter, spring, summer, fall) of landscaping, weatherproofing, preventative and regular maintenance.
