Peabody Essex Museum, Salem, MA, seeks a Director of Exhibition Design to lead its studio, serving as Lead Designer for select exhibitions, managing a $1M budget, and a team of 7-8.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing in-house fabrication and outsourced services for special exhibitions and collections galleries.

    • Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of ten years' experience in exhibition design for art/cultural institutions.
  • Four years of related managerial experience, or equivalent.

    • Salary: $100,000 — $120,000 plus benefits.
