Director of Estimating - MasTec : Job Details

Planning: Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives Participate in the implementation of strategic business plans Assist in the creation and actively participate in Leadership Training Manage capital requests and group's budget Develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction Operations: Maintain in-depth relations with all members of the group and your supervisor Oversee the operations of the group Manage any third parties to which functions have been outsourced Implement operational best practices: controls, systems, etc. Provide daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual reporting as deemed by your supervisor Supervise and manage estimating processes Supervise team of estimators and schedulers to develop competitive direct and indirect cost estimates, provide input to financial models, etc. Interface with Proposal Managers as needed to provide input to proposal development Supervise quantity take-offs and scope...Director, Operations, Vice President, Management, Construction
