Seeking to hire a Director of ERP Services, Colleague, for a leading higher education IT Services company. As the Director of ERP Services, Colleague, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of ERP services, primarily focusing on Colleague by Ellucian, to higher education clients. You will lead a team of both technical and functional experts, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery, client satisfaction, and team performance. Key Responsibilities 1. Team Management: o Lead and manage a team of technical and functional consultants. o Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members. o Conduct regular performance evaluations and career development discussions. 2. Service Delivery: o Oversee the implementation, customization, and maintenance of Colleague ERP solutions. o Ensure service delivery meets or exceeds client expectations and SLAs. o Act as an escalation point for critical client issues, ensuring timely resolution. 3. Client Engagement: o Serve as a primary point of contact for key Colleague ERP clients and CIOs. o Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and regular meetings. o Identify opportunities for additional services and solutions to enhance client satisfaction and drive revenue growth. 4. Strategic Leadership: o Develop and execute strategies to expand our client base within the higher education sector. o Collaborate with senior management to set strategic goals and objectives for the Colleague ERP services division. o Drive initiatives to increase revenue and profitability from ERP services. 5. Training and Development: o Organize and conduct regular training sessions for team members to enhance their technical and functional expertise. o Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in Colleague ERP and higher education IT. 6. Resource Management: o Manage resource allocation and utilization across projects. o Ensure optimal staffing levels to support project demands and client needs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience (7 years) in managing ERP implementations, preferably with Colleague by Ellucian. Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and senior management. Strategic thinker with a focus on achieving business objectives and driving growth. Additional Requirements: Ability to travel as needed. Certification in Colleague ERP or relevant ERP systems is a plus.
