Director of Enterprise Infrastructure - Oberlin College & Conservatory : Job Details

The Director of Enterprise Infrastructure is a senior leadership role within Oberlin Colleges Center for Information Technology (CIT), reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO). This position is responsible for the strategic planning, modernization, security, and day-to-day operations of the Colleges enterprise-wide IT infrastructure. Areas of leadership include cloud services (Microsoft Azure, AWS), Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace platforms, identity and access management (Okta), network infrastructure, data center operations, and disaster recovery. The Director will ensure the delivery of high-quality, secure, and scalable infrastructure services while applying strong organizational, operational, and project management expertise to drive strategic initiatives and support the Colleges academic, administrative, and research mission.
